Sailing holidays on the Norfolk Broads have been a traditional part of British life since the turn of the 20th century, and are still unique and unrivalled. Enjoy the wonders of the Broadland area with a week-long escape, a fortnight on the water or a thrilling long weekend.
Set off on visits to hostelries or local attractions, and return to the much needed luxury and comfort of your own yacht each night to experience beautiful sunsets reflecting on the water and the peace and calm of this magical landscape and its stunning wildlife.
Types of Breaks
Eastwood Whelpton provides the opportunity for short breaks (3 or 4 days) and full weeks. Upon arrival, you will be given a complementary yacht handover – a practice we take pride in at Eastwood Whelpton.
Possible starting and returning days are Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday. You will be allocated an individual ‘Onboarding’ slot from 12:00 – 17:00 on the first day and your yacht is normally returned by 09:00 on the last day. We are, however, a family business and strive for flexibility, so other times can be arranged according to your own holiday planning.

If the wind isn’t filling your sails, the onboard engine lets you easily dip into the real world of Broad-side shops, pubs and fascinating heritage sites. Perfect for a family sailing holiday in the UK.
